Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Starch Acetate (E1420), Caramel Colors (E150d), Xanthan Gum (E415), Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (E466), Potassium Sorbate (E202), Brown Sugar, Winter Melon Flavor, Sodium Benzoate (E211).

Taste is excellent but the pearls remain small, form a goo and there are lots of fragments.

store grade boba! arrived fast and vacuum-sealed, pearls were uncrushed <3

edit: second time purchasing, half the pearls were crushed, and they seemed to be stale and not vacuum sealed because they just turned into sludge. really disappointed because i loved the first bag. edited to add a picture of all the crushed pearl powder after i sifted it out. wish the sellers had offered to replace the bag.

second edit: third time purchasing and they were great this time.

La commande initiale comprenait 2 produits : 18 Kg de perle de Tapioca et 1 Sirop de Taro pour tester. La commande est bien partie avec pour les deux un numéro de suivi de Post NL international. Quelque jours après un avis d'arrivée par Colis Privé ! En effet dans la boite au lettre un petit carton avec le Sirop mais le bon de livraison listait les deux produits ! Alerte avec photo sans réaction de la part d'inspired food pour qui la commande est Livrée ! Deux jours après l'alerte, un mail pour dire que ce sera livré par Collissimo sans avis ni signature ! Finalement 3 jours après, j'ai trouvé un carton dans la pelouse du Jardin (trempé car il a plu) sans notification ni alerte ! Heureusement les paquets de Perles sous vide n'ont pas souffert d'humidité. Finalement le produit est bon comme d'habitude et c'est çà qui compte le plus . Donc 4 étoiles seulement pour galère Logistique pour la France !

it expires too soon (3 kilos in 4 weeks). It is not worth it, I will have to discard 2/3 of the tapiocas

Super qualité et super moelleux, j’ai goûté ces perles à Genève et je voulais en retrouver depuis là, je suis tombée sur les perles que j’ai tant aimé la première fois ! 😻 en 13 min elles étaient incroyable, aucun soucis à la cuisson mais n’oubliez pas de remuer un petit peu car c’est caramélisé pour éviter que ça colle ! :)

Quise probar el famoso bubble tea, y he de admitir que no lo recomiendo para nada. Las "bolitas" tienen un sabor neutro-raro, y al prepararlas se quedan blandas. Yo me sentí como si tragara renacuajos... Además me dieron molestias gastro-intestinales... He leído otras críticas y la conclusión es que es question de gustos. Yo me esperaba otra cosa. Saludos.

Good basic tapioca/boba pearls

These were not great, 3rd of the bag crushed and a use by date within 7 weeks so not happy - plus they broke up in little pieces and didn't retain shape
